All orders are final and can not be changed or cancelled once placed. 

Cherokee Uniforms Stock

The Cherokee  Uniform Collection contains some 85,000 different items. Whilst Medeleq has a stock holding of 13,000+ Cherokee items at Arundel we are not always able to fill your requirements immediately. Sometimes it may take 3-4 weeks to supply articles outside our standard stock.

Cherokee Uniforms Exchange Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER A REFUND IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND. We will refund if the items have a manufacturing fault and this is advised prior to wearing of the item.

ALL EXCHANGES ARE TO BE PRE-APPROVED. PLEASE CONTACT MEDELEQ TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE FORM.

Medeleq does offer an exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact and in new condition suitable for resale.

Proof of purchase must accompany the items returned.

An applicable fee is charged for items returned. This fee is for Freight and Handling Charges.

Exchange Fees:

Freight and Handling               1-2 Items           $30.00

                                                        3-6 Items           $40.00

For Goods returned in store $20.00 fee applies

 Medeleq reserves the right to:

*  Not accept goods that have been worn, or not in original packaging or not in saleable condition

*  Not accept goods outside our returns timeframe

*  Not accept goods that have been purchased specifically as “special order” items. Refer to our Website.

*  Not accept garments that have been embroidered

*  Not accept garments without prior approval

WHAT IF THE GARMENT HAS BEEN EMBROIDERED OR ORDERED IN FOR ME
Garments that have been embroidered or ordered in specifically* for the recipient are not
returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

*Specific Orders are such orders that have been embroidered or ordered in from the United States.

WHAT IF I HAVE WORN MY GARMENT
Unfortunately due to Health Regulations, we cannot accept for return ANY garments that have been worn.
